Our company does not charge a "trip charge" fee. We do charge a diagnostic fee of $54. Most companies charge you the trip charge and then charge you by the hour. After we diagnose your problem the technician will explain the needed repairs and make any recommendations to assure your system is trouble free. We use a "flat rate" pricing structure. This is similar to how restaurants display their prices. Could you imagine if some restaurants charged by the hour? Our repair prices are written out in our repair cost books that each technician carries. You pay the same price if it takes 1 hour or 3 hours! If you chose to have us do the repairs the diagnostic fee is applied towards your repair bill. If you chose not to have us do the repair at that time your only cost is $54.

We can:

• Schedule an appointment for repair of your heating and/or cooling system or get an estimate over the phone from one of our Comfort Consultants.
• Schedule a free no obligation estimate to replace your heating and/or cooling system.
• Get help to you 24 hours a day. We answer our phones-no third party answering services. The technician on call answers the phone after hours and weekends.
• Provide all of your indoor comfort solutions with a friendly voice and service
