I have been a customer of FSM Inc for many years now and would like to let people know how satisfied I am with them. They were recommended to me by a friend. After having used several other companies in this area and not satisfied with the type of work that was done I decided to try them.
I wanted my furnace checked and cleaned for the upcoming winter. I was satisfied with the cost and the service of the job. So when spring came and my air conditioner would not work I called them again and was pleased with their work. I continued to use them for my heating and air conditioning service.
Then a couple years ago I needed a new furnace. Roger (owner of FSM) was so helpful with the type of furnace that would best heat my home. The price and available schedule to do the job could not be beat! After the new furnace was installed he and his men cleaned up and removed the old furnace. I was so pleased with the work that had been done! What I couldnt believe was that winter I saved almost half of my fuel cost that my old furnace had used and my home was much more comfortable than before.
I continue to use FSM Inc. to check up on my new furnace every year and strongly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this type of service. They are honest hard working people that will treat you with respect and do an outstanding job!
